PackIt Freezable 9-Can Cooler

PackIt Freezable 9-Can CoolerAlthough this cooler comes in at the lower end of the market, it is really quite innovative – a freezable gel fills pockets all around the cooler, meaning the whole thing can be put in the freezer before use.

In theory, of course, this means you never need to use any more ice to keep your beer cool again. This has great advantages – there is nothing worse, after a long day, than having to empty the luke-warm water from a beer cooler.

PROS
  • Whilst this cooler is quite small, it can easily fit all your essentials inside – nine standard sized cans will fit with ease.
  • The entire cooler can collapse into a tiny package. This is great for the initial freezing, where you can squash it into a corner of your freezer before taking it out the next morning, cold and ready for use!
  • The cooler also uses many of the same materials as its more expensive cousins, so you can be sure that it will last for an absolute age!
  • And, last but not least, this cooler has heavy duty zippers and tabs, meaning that even if you take it camping it will not break.
CONS
  • The size of this cooler, whilst ideal for some, may annoy others. If your needs are humble, and you only need to take a few beers down to the river for some fishing, this is for you. For longer trips, it can be useful to have some more space.
